Compost Collection Guidelines
- Composting Steps
If desired line your sealable bucket with a BPI certified compostable bag (this is not necessary but helps keep your bucket clean)
- Take all stickers, labels, and plastic off your food scraps
- Fill your bucket with food waste, see the list below for accepted materials.
- Leave your sealed bucket by your front door on pickup day or take your bucket to your building’s compost drop off area anytime.
- Rinse and repeat!
